Energie Noire is the encounter between breath and machine, millimeter improvisation and programming to create a music in perpetual mutation.
Vincent Raude (Upwellings, Lower Groundz ...) and Nicolas Péoc'h (The Khu, Oko ...) have been blurring the trail since 2014 according to the experiments carried out in their laboratory.
If the hybrid and radical universe of the duo knew how to hold the attention of scenes dedicated to jazz as to electronics, it was also the fertile ground of multiple collaborations on stage
or in studio with musicians from various horizons, among including Mazz Swift, Irvin Pierce, Steve Berry, Michael Zerang, Lou Mallozzi and rappers Khari B, Billa Camp and MC Brid.
After two records with many guests (“Loitering the Loop” 2015 and “Solid Water” 2016), Energie Noire presents in 2020 a new album as a duo on the label Onze Heure Onze.
